We try to collect as little about you as we can, and to be plain about what we do collect. This policy covers this website and our communications with you. Each app we release carries its own privacy details, shown at the point you download or use it.

Who we are

This website and our apps are operated by Rodeo Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (the "data controller"). You can reach us at hello@the.rodeo.company.

This website

Our website is intentionally simple. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data. Basic, aggregated technical information (such as your browser type and the pages you visit) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site running securely and reliably. This isn't used to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use this only to reply and to help you. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to support you and to keep our own records, then delete it.

Our apps

Apps we publish will each describe exactly what they collect, why, and how it's stored, in their own privacy notice and on their App Store listing. Where an app processes your content, we aim to do so on your behalf and under your control.

Your rights

If you're in the UK or the EU, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email hello@the.rodeo.company. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
